Cody's first bear measured 16 13/16" (that the skull measurement) and about 5.5'. Can you believe it was actually taken within the City Limits of Valdez?! The guys and gal were in Jack Bay which was a 20 mile water taxi ride from the port in Valdez. Cody's friends Mark and Ann from Alaska and their friend James from Idaho spent 10 days hunting and were able to bring home 3 nice bears.
