The Fishin' Shack on Diamond Lake

Cody and his pal Jason took the boys on their first official fishing trip (no girls allowed) today. They waited 'till afternoon so that it could warm up to at least 10 before heading out to Diamond Lake which is north of Wasilla just a few miles. Fishing was fast and furious as the boys pulled out one land locked Salmon after another. Apparently Wy & Izy got a little whinny, but little Ryan (4 years old) was the champ and stuck it out like the big guys! Each family took home about 6 fish for dinner & released the rest. The mommies enjoyed a very quiet day at home!!
